Nordicks Motel is located at the north end of the Village of Lake George, just a few blocks from the center of town. Our location offers the convenience of being in the village near everything that's going on, but in a much quieter setting with a beautiful view of Lake george that most motels that are not on the lake just don't have.

Our rates are very reasonable when compared to rooms of comparable quality. Guests continually compliment the condition and cleanliness of our rooms. Many of our guests have been coming back year after year, some for over 40 years!

Our Lake George motel is also the home of the Porreca's Restaurant and Lounge serving breakfast and dinner. To visit Porreca's new website go to www.porrecasrestaurant.com. While staying at Nordicks Motel, guests receive discounts at Porreca's Restaurant. Guests may also purchase discounted tickets for many attractions including The Great Escape and Water Slide World.

Lake George is commonly called The Queen of American Lakes for its sparkling beauty. The Lake George Region is located in the Adirondack Mountains of New York and is the perfect place to visit. Located close by our motel are attractions and activities for the entire family.

The spectacular weekly fireworks display during the summer can be seen from our convenient Lake George motel location. Within walking distance, there are water sports, restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, Lake George cruises, fishing, miniature golf, arcades, and entertainment.

Within a short drive, there is outlet shopping, amusement parks, golfing, hiking, horse racing at Saratoga Race Track, white water rafting and horseback riding. Many visitors also take advantage of the region's convenient location by using Lake George as as a base for day excursions to other sites in the Adirondacks or nearby Vermont.
